WEATHER
If there is inclement weather that will cause hazardous conditions on the roads we will cancel the tournament. The announcement of cancellations will be at the least 2 hours before the tournament start. Announcements will be posted on Facebook & Twitter. Emails will also be sent to addresses that registered for that particular tournament.

Tournament T-shirts will be on sale for all who wish to purchase one as well as volleyballs and ECV wear.
EXTRAS
Free bottled water and packaged snacks for all players! NOTE: When available and permitted by the park rules.
ADDITIONAL NOTES

Talented Juniors are welcome to play in the adult divisions instead of the juniors divisions. Adult divisions tend to be more competitive, but are a great way for juniors to learn the finer points of the game from veteran players. Please note that adult divisions are typically on Sat/Sun, with a slight increase in cost.

ECV outdoor events are a lot of fun. We boast a reasonably safe environment and friendly players and staff. We are a big family at ECV, and we look forward to welcoming you and your children. However, as in any outdoor event, please remind your kids to be safe, and avoid any illegal behavior, unnecessary risks, etc.
Regarding Covid-19 concerns, we are dedicated to reasonable protocols to help protect our players. We ask that players and parents be mindful of any unnecessary contact with surfaces and others. Common sense practices will be your guide. When reasonably possible we will keep surfaces clean and reduce physical interaction. We also ask that anyone not feeling well or exhibiting any flu-like symptoms please stay home and get well. As an extra precaution we advise you avoid bringing elderly or immunocompromised individuals to the park.
